Senior SCRUM Master
The candidate has relevant Project Management skills, with the ability to move in Agile environments, developing them. Has specific functional / sectoral skills acquired in at least 5 years of work experience in the role and at least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
The candidate must have coaching, mentoring and servant leadership skills, being able to lead teams as a facilitator and enabler of creativity, collaboration, change and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Support the business analysis and the facilitation (SCRUM mastering) of the development of new Pharma Tech products based on Agile methodology
- Project governance and team setup
- Project scope definition
- Ensure project deadlines
- Sprints planning and monitoring
- Support software validation
- Coordinate release to production
- Coordinate the handover to final users
Must Have
- General SCRUM/Management
skills required - Perfect knowledge of the SCRUM theory
- Excellent knowledge of SCRUM roles and their areas and limits of action
- Teaching and training skills and positive conversation skills with both the development team and the business
- Knowledge and skills in organising development teams according to the AGILE theory
- Knowledge and skills in work planning and management (sprints and goals definition and management)
- Perfect knowledge of a product life cycle and the needs and requirements of each stage
- Positive and proactive leadership skills
- Skills and certifications required

Nice to have
- Furthermore, he should have matured significant experience in the use of Agile frameworks and related tools and have achieved at least one of the following certifications:
Professional Scrum Master - PSM™ (Scrum.org)
Certified ScrumMaster - CSM™ (Scrum Alliance)
Certifications such as:
SAFe Agilist - SA™ (Scaled Agile, Inc.)
Others achieved, especially among the 3 certification bodies mentioned above
Position details
- Primary job location: full remote
- Travel: on-site meetings with customers (EU) 10-15%
- Level and salary: Depending on the actual experience achieved + bonus, training and welfare plan (backgrounds and expertise will be assessed)
